In my opinion, everyone who really wants a lifestyle change is able to get it. Not overnight or in a short amount of time, but if you start with small, sustainable changes you will be able to change the way you feel about food and the way you see food. No one should punish their bodies by restricting themselves or starving – instead we all should nourish, respect and love our bodies.
