Training in the winter months can be though – but it doesn’t have to be. It is natural that we feel less motivated during the winter, because of the dark, wet and really cold days. While it’s very tempting to take a break from training during the winter months, a healthy lifestyle is a year-round commitment and not a simple seasonal lifestyle. However, if you change your mindset and learn to love the cold season and what working out can do for you – you will start to like it and don’t see it as a chore.
