Green Queen: One of my all time favorite smoothies. Filled with nutrient rich foods, fiber and healthy, natural boosters. Delicious as an in-between meal snack or as a little post workout booster.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups soy milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional/vanilla flavor)
  • 1/2 tbs. turmeric powder
  • 90 gr. baby spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 3 ice cubes

Method:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in the same order as posted above into a high speed blender
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides if needed

*For a creamier rich texture use a frozen banana
